3. No Guarantees of Outcomes
While I am committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.
Therapy is a collaborative process that requires active participation, honesty, and commitment from both you and your therapist. Success depends on many factors, including:
- The nature and severity of your concerns
- Your willingness to engage in the therapeutic process
- External factors (life circumstances, social support, etc.)
- The therapeutic relationship and fit between client and therapist
Not everyone benefits from therapy in the same way or at the same pace. Some clients experience significant improvement quickly, while others require more time. If you feel therapy is not helping, please discuss this with me so we can adjust our approach or explore other options.
